A. Dubai Office Setup (10,000 sq. ft.)

CoE's office will be designed to facilitate high-tech training and corporate collaboration:

  • Location: The ideal location is Dubai Silicon Oasis (for proximity to tech companies), Dubai Internet City, or Downtown Knowledge City (for accessibility to professionals from various industries).
  • Office Design: The office will have 3 classrooms for varying group sizes, a Dataviz Equipment Zone for hands-on learning, and breakout spaces for networking. The design will be sleek, modern, and designed to foster a collaborative, innovative learning environment.

B. Hiring Strategy

CoE will hire top talent with experience in AI education, data science, and corporate training. This includes:

  • Experienced Trainers: AI trainers who can deliver high-quality, hands-on coaching.
  • Sales & Marketing Team: Focused on digital marketing, B2B sales, and community engagement in Dubai's diverse market.
  • Admin and Support Staff: Bilingual staff fluent in Arabic and English to cater to the local and expatriate populations.
  • Total Initial Team: 5 staff
