1. Django Tech Lead (Interim Project Manager)
- Leads backend development (API, authentication, core business logic)
- Coordinates the team, manages tasks in Jira/Bitbucket, performs code reviews, and prepares documentation
- Acts as interim Project Manager in the initial stage until the team expands
2. React Developer
- Handles frontend development, integrations, login/UI flows, and close collaboration with the backend
3. Django Developer
- Supports backend development, bug fixing, and new feature implementation under the guidance of the Tech Lead
4. Odoo (ERP) Developer
- Customizes and integrates Odoo for business modules (Inventory, CRM, Payments)
- Works closely with Django backend to synchronize data and processes
5. Figma Designer / Developer
- Creates and refines UI/UX, prototypes, and screens for web and mobile
- Ensures visual consistency and prepares design assets for frontend implementation
6. Solution Architect (Part-time)
- Reviews Hetzner setup, code structure, and deployment processes
- Provides recommendations for scalability and security
