- Partner with Dralha Mills and set up facilities for value-added organic food products.
- Set up a food innovation lab with chefs and food scientists to create relevant food products
using locally grown ingredients in Bhutan,targeting both the domestic and export markets from Bhutan.
- Set up a full agri value chain, of growing spices and herbs and further price the same into dry blends and value-added extracts, targeting food, flavour and biotech industries , again for domestic and export markets.
- Set up a special brand to export high-value organic produce from Bhutan
- Set up a high-quality fast food chain with women entrepreneurs, serving health fast food in Bhutan for local tastes and tourists
- Help in setting up a 5/7 start hotel operation with a big brand like Oberoi Hotel Group, to attract and serve high-paying tourists and delegations visiting Bhutan
- Also set up a 4-star hotel for value-paying customers and visitors
- Design and set up a best-in-class sustainable fish farm using RAS technology from Scandinavia and also bring in part investment through a special aquaculture-focussed fund for 75% of the investment, totalling $60 million
- Work in setting up backward integration organic farms using FPO and SHG concept with women, and sustainable packaging materials
- Set up a skill training academy for food service, kitchen training for chefs, housekeeping, and
soft skills for retail and service jobs with certification.
